    I started Barlow White in March 1992 when I took over the well established, M+I Barlow, from our original office on Eccles Old Rd, Salford.
    After the first few years I felt the time was right to expand and grow the business and I opened the Monton Green office, which soon expanded to accommodate the increasing staff requirements from managing some 800 properties.
    I still do most of the company valuations, as this gives me the opportunity to meet new clients from all walks of life.
    As I was born and raised in Salford and after nearly 25 years in business, I have first hand knowledge of the area and people.
    I and my staff aim to deliver great customer service, while maintaining the personal care that has been the foundation of our success.

    I started working for Barlow White August 2007, as Senior Lettings Administrator. In 2009 I took over my current role as office Manager. I have extensive experience, and strong negotiation skills.
    I pride myself in providing the kind of service I'd expect if I were engaging an estate agent.

    Senior Sales & Rentals Manager

    I have worked with Barlow White since 2002, my job title within the company is a Sales & Rentals Manager. My role is a varied one and I oversee and take part in the viewings, rentals and sales. I enjoy managing and working closely with our clients. Outside of work, I have a wife and 2 children and we like to have lots of family time together, I also like to keep myself fit, I am training throughout the year for charity runs and events, I also like to play and watch football.

    Senior Rentals Administrator

    I have worked for Barlow White for almost 10 years, in which time I have tried my hand at most of the office roles within the business. Basically you name it I do it, I am currently a jack of all trades and a master of none, as I deal with all aspects of rentals on day to day to basis, along with my other roles in advertising, marketing, dealing with our on-line presence, social media and the general daily running of the rental properties. I enjoy my working day as it is incredibly varied and interesting, no day is the same for me. There is also a great team of people here who work hard to achieve great results but have fun at the same time. My day at Barlow White is challenging, diverse but incredibly upbeat. Outside of work I am constantly enjoying my life and travel constantly, seeing new places and experiences is a real passion.

    I've been here as long as I can remember , I started part time and some how progressed to full time. I'm the lady who pays all our landlord and contractors. We manage over 800 properties so as you can imagine my days are extremely busy. I always endeavor to provide a good service to our landlords.

    Sales Administration

    Having worked at Barlow White since 2011 in many various roles and heading up the maintenance for the last few years, I have now moved into a Sales role. This has come naturally over the years as I am already familiar with the Sales side of the business.
    This is a new challenge, one that i feel incredibly comfortable with and I am enjoying getting stuck into it, the role is varied and no two days are the same, I am constantly being kept on my toes and it's great to deal with the vendors and purchasers.
    I am office based at Salford with my colleague Siobhan and my colleague Paul attends all of our valuations and viewings.

    As a full time Sales Administrator I am the first point of contact for clients looking to either buy or sell a property, a proactive role that not only involves making sure clients are made aware of any new properties that come onto the market but also making sure it is the right house for them. From booking the first viewing right through to completion I am always available for a friendly chat, whether our clients require an update about their sales progression or just need some honest impartial advice.

    I've worked at Barlow White since April 2012. I'm part time and work 4 days a week, my role here is in rentals and maintenance visit administration. I have tried my hand at a couple of roles within the business and I now deal with the administration of move out, move in's and return of deposits and maintenance visits. I thoroughly enjoy my job and love the people I work with. I love spending time with my family and I love to laugh.

    Rentals and Maintenance Administrator

    I have worked for Barlow White previously a few years back and when this new job role came up I was excited to come back. My role now is much more hands on and challenging, I am rarely in the office and no two days are the same, I carry out all move in's and move outs of rental properties, along with assisting on the maintenance and general rentals. I wouldn't be able to do my job without the assistance of Tracy and Kevin and the other girls in the office. Outside of work I love life to the full, I have a daughter who I adore, I am local to the area and enjoy socialising with my friends, I never stop and I have a keen sense of fun.

    I am relatively new to the company and new to the role, this is my first time working within an estate agents and I have to say I am enjoying the challenge of learning something new. My role within the company is front of house and dealing with the day to day maintenance of the rental properties. Outside of work I love to spend time outdoors walking with my dog, I enjoy sailing and most of all I love to spend time with my children.

    I have had the pleasure of working with Barlow White on off for almost 10 years, like a bad penny I keep coming back. My roles over the years have been varied and I have tried my hand at most. I work part time now and currently deal with the font of house, renewals and vacates of tenancies which i hugely enjoy. Outside of work I have a real zest for life, I love to travel, I love to keep busy and spend time with family and friends.

    I joined Barlow White in November 2010 as the Bookkeeper for Barlow White Lettings & Management, and then progressed to Barlow White Estates, Developments and Block Management. I've enjoyed working in both offices with the team and I am currently based in Monton. I work different hours to the team but I am here daily. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and going out.
